For this production of Alvaro Saar Rios' Mole Hill Stories, as lead dramaturg I led the coordination & facilitation of over 10 meetings, developed a comprehensive 4-stage project plan, and ensured consistent team communication. I also organized and guided thought-provoking talkbacks, composed program notes, and worked closely with the cast to provide character and text analysis. Additionally, I conducted extensive research on bilingual theatre, worldbuilding theory, and the cultural context of the play to provide valuable insights to the creative team.
